Why can't I pass the Chamet face verification?

Possible reasons why you are unable to pass face verification on our video chat app include:

  1. Multiple accounts: In Chamet, one face can only be used to verify one account. If you have multiple accounts, you need to delete your old account and wait for 90 days for the face verification to be reset.
  2. Low-quality photos: Poor lighting or strong lighting can cause failure. Ensure your face is not obscured by a mask, glasses, or hat.
  3. Platform Restrictions: Verification is restricted for minors and elders.
  4. Editing: Use of a fake or edited photo will result in failure.
